    IIMOP and Aknet: network/AD administration, websites and corporate CRM at an ISP. Foundation — infra + web.

  2. 2010–2014
    Billing, EDI, load

    Kvadrat 7 / Root CA: billing, electronic document flow, high-load payments, sysadmin and databases. First enterprise contour.

  3. 2015–2019
    Product & lead role

    E-Ticket, Corbit, IT Special: payments and automation, then lead developer of a traffic accounting system (Laravel + Angular). Growth from executor to product architecture.

  4. 2020–2024
    APIs & product fullstack

    Flexbe and VRNext: payments, REST (Java/C#/PHP), Laravel billing — breadth beyond CMS; product UI in place.

  • Bitrix24 / CRM: fields, entity links, UI logic, moving heavy BP logic to PHP
  • EDI (Diadoc): packages, signatures, power of attorney — legally significant contour
  • Reliability: incidents, MySQL limits, PHP/core updates, post-backup stability
  • Team-lead delivery: scoping, estimates, review, standards; team of 4
  • AI in delivery: Cursor / handoff / agents — with mandatory human review

How I work

Work cycle: diagnose and reproduce → targeted fix without core edits → verify adjacent scenarios → clear task outcome. As team lead I add scoping, estimates, code review and standards. AI accelerates drafts; acceptance and ownership stay with people.
